An original painting inspired after a walk to Rydal Cave with my dad.  As we came out of the cave and turned left to drop back down to Rydal Water, I loved this view across to Grasmere with Helm Crag in the distance.
 
The painting is on box canvas and measures 24x18x1.5".  The image continues around the sides and there is a hook on the back so it's ready to hang on the wall.  A coat of varnish is applied for protection.
